Our Story
Aashyam Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful belief—that every child and family deserves access to quality care, no matter where they live. Founded by Dr. Swati Chandel, an experienced audiologist and rehabilitation expert, Aashyam began with a mission to bridge the gap between awareness, detection, and rehabilitation for children and adults with hearing and developmental challenges.
Over the years, we have conducted free health camps, community awareness programs, therapy support for families, and reached out to the children of defense personnel posted in remote areas through our flagship initiative, Sena Saathi.
Our Mission
To create a world where every child, every family, and every community has access to early detection, therapy, and rehabilitation services—regardless of financial or geographical barriers.

- Build a nationwide support network for defense families.
- Conduct health screening camps and awareness programs.
- Offer therapy and counseling for children with autism, ADHD, and other challenges.
